Refund & Return Policy

1) Return Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging.

2) Non-returnable Items

  • Customized / personalized products (unless defective or damaged on arrival)

  • Gift cards

  • Items that show obvious signs of use, stains, odors, or damage not due to transit or manufacturing

3) Who Pays for What

  • Quality issue / wrong item / transit damage → We cover all return shipping costs.

  • Non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind / size doesn’t fit) → Buyer covers return postage.

  • Cross-border orders: Any customs clearance fees and taxes are covered by the seller (PandaMooda). Customers are not responsible for duties/taxes.

4) How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@pandamooda.com within 30 days and include order number, reason, and photos/video if applicable.

  2. After approval, we will issue an RMA number and the return address.

  3. Once the package is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Exchange orders ship within 3–5 business days.

5) Refund Notes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-quality returns.

  • Banks / payment gateways may take 3–15 business days to post the refund.

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund; if shipped, please follow the return process.

6) Damaged/Shortage on Arrival

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (outer box + item). We’ll replace or refund promptly.

7) Color & Sizing

Slight color differences may occur due to displays and lighting; this is not a quality issue. Please refer to the size chart; if it doesn’t fit, you can return within the policy window.
