Key Terms

  4. Shipping & Risk：Risk passes to the carrier upon hand-off. For cross-border orders, customs clearance fees and taxes are covered by the seller (PandaMooda).

  6. Prohibited Uses：Unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, disruptive activities, scraping, or malware distribution.

  7. IP：All site content is protected; do not copy or redistribute without permission.

  10. Liability Limit：To the extent permitted, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
